Your setup retainer covers complete done-for-you onboarding: full account configuration, CRM and pipeline setup, AI Employee training and knowledge base setup, voice agent configuration, workflow automation, funnel creation, and team training sessions. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee — waived with a 6-month or 12-month commitment.
How do the commitment options work?
You have three options: Monthly ($595/mo + $2,500 setup, no commitment), 6-Month ($595/mo, setup waived, $2,500 savings), or Annual ($5,950/yr, setup waived + 2 months free, $3,690 first-year savings). The annual plan grandfathers you into the legacy rate — you'll continue paying $5,950/yr with 2 months free built in, even after the introductory rate expires for new subscribers. If you cancel a committed plan before the term ends, the remaining balance of the commitment — including the waived setup retainer — becomes due immediately.
Are there additional costs beyond the monthly subscription?
Yes. Your subscription covers full platform access and all AI Employee features. However, communication services — SMS, MMS, phone calls, email sends — and AI voice minutes are usage-based and billed separately. You are required to fund an account wallet with a credit card on file. Sample rates: outbound SMS ~$0.032/segment, outbound calls ~$0.052/min, AI voice ~$1.00/min, email ~$2.70 per 1,000 sends. What happens after 6/30/2026 when the introductory rate expires?
After June 30, 2026, the standard monthly rate increases to $995/mo for new subscribers. If you're on a 6-month commitment, your $595/mo rate is honored for the full duration. If you're on the Annual plan, you're grandfathered into the $5,950/yr legacy rate with 2 months free built in — this rate carries forward on all future renewals, even after the introductory pricing expires. If you're on the monthly plan with no commitment, you'll be notified 30 days before any rate change takes effect. Locking in the Annual plan now gives you the most protection and the best long-term value.

Can I upgrade from The Full Suite later?
Absolutely. If you're currently on The Full Suite, you can upgrade to add the AI Employee at any time. Your existing setup, contacts, workflows, and data carry over seamlessly. However, the $595/mo introductory rate is only available through 6/30/2026 — after that, the standard rate is $995/mo. Upgrading sooner locks you in at the lower rate.
Is the AI Employee HIPAA compliant?
BACINI CRM includes HIPAA compliance built into the platform at no extra charge, including AES-256 encryption, BAA signing, audit logging, MFA enforcement, and role-based permissions. For medical practices using the AI Voice Agent, ensure that your voice AI configuration and any third-party integrations in the call chain also maintain HIPAA compliance. We'll help you configure this correctly during onboarding.
How long does onboarding take?
Most accounts are fully set up and live within 30 days. AI Employee onboarding includes knowledge base training, voice agent configuration and testing, workflow automation, funnel creation, and team training sessions. You'll need to attend scheduled Zoom onboarding meetings, and we recommend having the team members who'll use the platform day-to-day join as well.

The $2,500 one-time setup retainer is non-refundable and required for monthly (no-commitment) accounts. The setup retainer is waived for 6-month and 12-month commitments. If a committed plan is cancelled early, the waived setup retainer amount ($2,500) becomes due in addition to the remaining subscription balance.
The 6-month commitment locks in your rate at $595/mo for 6 months with the $2,500 setup retainer waived. The Annual plan is $5,950/yr (equivalent to 10 months at $595/mo — 2 months free) plus the waived setup retainer — first-year savings of $3,690. Annual plan subscribers are grandfathered into the legacy rate of $5,950/yr with 2 months free included on all subsequent renewals, even after the introductory rate expires for new subscribers. Early cancellation of any committed plan will result in the remaining balance of the commitment and waived retainer becoming due immediately.
